Jerry has outlined his excitement at the announcement of Josep Gombau as OFC’s new Head Coach.

The Spanish tactician has enjoyed success in his first season as Head Coach at Odisha FC. An attractive brand of football and an eye for young talent is what makes Josep a perfect fit for the Odisha job. Possession-based, free-flowing, building up from the back football has been a trademark of the Spaniard and Jerry praised Josep for what he had built at Odisha FC in its first season when we caught up with him after the announcement.
 
"I am so delighted and thrilled to know of the news that, our former Coach Josep Gombau is coming back to be with us. I take this opportunity of welcoming him from the core of my heart. He is so precious and I am sure all of us will be thrilled to have him back, undoubtedly he is surely going to inspire and motivate us. Reviving our enthusiasm and an urge to give and bring out our best."
