Odisha FC goes down fighting after a difficult first half.

Odisha FC lost 3-2 against the inform NorthEast United FC in Guwahati on Sunday. From the start the Highlanders went all-out attack and Odisha FC could not control the game. As a result, the in-form Moroccan Aladdine Ajaraie scored two goals in the First half in the 12th and 40th minute. The defense of the Kalinga Warriors looked clueless in the first half.

When things started to look good for the Kalinga Warriors, an error from Amey Ranawade gave the home side a two-goal lead on the 71st minute.

Despite trailing, Odisha FC didn't give up and continued fighting. They were later rewarded with a World-class free-kick goal by Diego Mauricio which reduced the goal deficit in the 83rd minute.
