Odisha FC announced the appointment of Clifford Miranda as Assistant Coach.

 
Miranda played for the India national team from 2005 to 2014, earning 45 caps and scoring six goals. He was a part of the 2008 AFC Challenge Cup-winning Indian team, thus qualifying for the AFC Asian Cup after 27 years. He also won two SAFF Championships. 

Clifford will be the final addition to Josep Gombau's coaching staff, speaking on Miranda's appointment this is what Josep had to say,

"We are so happy to have Clifford on board with us. I would like to take this opportunity to welcome him to the club. He is someone who can add a lot of experience to our team because he is a very good coach. Clifford was at FC Goa and had worked under Sergio Lobera. Sergio's way of playing is very similar to how I like my team to play. I believe Clifford has the knowledge through his prior experience at FC Goa of how we want to play at Odisha FC. I wish him all the best and I think he is a brilliant addition to our coaching staff. We are grateful that he accepted to work with us."
